Really Big Tree

So, This was a well over 100 year old red oak tree that had to be cut down because it was dying. Limbs were falling on the house so it had to go. This process has taken three days to cut down and cut up this tree. It was a sight to see. That is Pop B on the bulldozer pushing it over after Chris cut it with a very large chain saw.
Here's how many guys it takes to cut down one massive tree.

Pop B cutting away...

Chris cutting away..

Still cutting.

I am standing in the drive way at the bottom of the hill. That's our house in the back ground. See how little Pop B looks? Can you find him?
A little closer of Pop B..taking a rest. I wonder how he is going to get down? He is about eight feet from the ground...

Still cutting...Chris hurt for two days after this.
And lastly, I caught Uncle Ryan and Gray taking a break too...Gray loves his Uncle Ryan!

Over all, no one was majorly injured. Thank the Lord. I was praying the whole time and asking where the nearest hospital was. I suppose I just needed a little more faith. The boys ended the day with a few cold beers. Good day.
