Fishing with Daddy

Chris decided one night he wanted to do some pier fishing...Gray was interested for about 10 minutes..or until he figured out he couldn't touch the poles or the bait or mess with any of the other people's things. He got bored...fast. So, thankfully there is a playground lit at night by the pier. We played on that, but better to Gray's liking, there was a "tractor" on the beach.
No fish were caught but we had a good time otherwise!

Cole got to spend a week with us just after school ended and summer camp started...I only got a few pictures. Some is better than None! We were so busy!

Poor Birdies....They don't stand a chance at a bath with Gray and Ryker around. Notice the rocks? Grammie taught Gray how to stand outside the flower bed and toss rocks into the bird bath. Like I said...Poor Birds.

Happy 25th Birthday Uncle Biggie!

My baby brother celebrated his 25 birthday today...We celebrated at home with the traditional homemade chicken nuggets dinner, complete with mashed potatoes and peas, followed by the treasured banana pudding. Happy Birthday Michael!

Matt and Gray

My cousin Matthew got to come spend the weekend with me while his mom and dad had some much needed time to themselves. Unfortunately this is the only picture I took the whole weekend...we stayed so busy! I loved having Matthew here and he is welcomed back anytime he wants to come. Thank you Matthew...I had a great weekend.

Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus

Chris and I were able to take Gray to the circus...and boy oh boy did he have a good time! His favorite was the elephants..he calls them Ah-poo-dants and felt the need to scream this at them...the people sitting in front of us found this largely amusing. Sorry the pictures aren't very clear...They didn't allow flash photography during the show.
